Strongholds ("the app", "we", "us") is a pelvic floor training app for iPhone. This policy explains what data the app handles and how.
Strongholds does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. All information — workout history, program progress, notification preferences, and purchase status — is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.
If you purchase the "Unlock All Programs" in-app purchase, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We never see your payment information. We receive only a verified receipt confirming the purchase, which is validated through Apple's secure transaction framework on your device.
If you enable daily reminders, the app schedules local notifications using Apple's UserNotifications framework. No data leaves your device.
The app contains no third-party analytics SDKs, no advertising networks, and no crash-reporting services that transmit data off-device.
Strongholds does not read from or write to Apple HealthKit.
All app data lives in your device's local storage. You can delete it at any time by uninstalling the app. We have no copy of it.
Strongholds is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 17.
If we ever update this policy, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and include changes in the App Store release notes.
